Outside my window… it’s sunny and it’s going to be hot and humid.

I am thinking… about where to put the piano!

I am thankful for… air conditioning!

From the learning rooms… going back and forth about what curriculum to order for this Fall. I need to make up my mind and order.

From the kitchen… it’s going to be too hot to do anything involving the oven today!

I am wearing… denim capris, peach t-shirt and my usual… purple crocs!

I am creating… small items like socks and baby stuff at the moment, because it’s just too hot to knit on a big wool sweater!

I am going… to make jam this week if I can get my hands on some strawberries.

I am reading… VRIN for my upcoming review, stay tuned for it!

I am hoping… that I can get it all together… someday… maybe… OK, even halfway together would be nice!

I am hearing… the boys being boys!

Pondering these words… “Tell me, how many times can this story be told? After all of these years, it should all sound so old. But it somehow rings true in the back of my mind, as I search for a dream that words can no longer define.” – From Trans-Siberian Orchestra’s “What Child is This”

Around the house… refrigerated air… ahhhhhh.

One of my favorite things… an evening of old books and fine music.

A few plans for the rest of the week: Moving furniture to make room for the piano, ordering things for school, getting a few more errands done… WHEW! Not to mention trying to sneak in some writing and knitting, possibly some quilting… Plenty to do to keep me out of trouble!
