Outside my window… there is snow and very STRONG winds!

I am thinking… about things that I need to do to get ready for this baby. I know, I start nesting very early!

I am thankful for… a warm home in the winter.

From the learning rooms… still “off” for this week, but there is plenty of learning going on in a less formal way. When do children ever stop learning new things?

From the kitchen… hot cinnamon rolls came out of the oven a while ago, and we managed to finish them off pretty quickly!

I am wearing… fleece PJs because they are nice and WARM!

I am creating… a hat for myself and adorable little baby socks to be used this spring.

I am going… to stay inside today!

I am reading… Knitting Rules by Stephanie Pearl-McPhee.

I am hoping… that the weather is better on the days when Aaron goes to work this week.

I am hearing… the boys playing with their trucks and blocks in the living room. There is nothing quite as fun as wooden blocks and construction trucks! (At least when you are a little boy!)

Pondering these words… “The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.” –Matthew 4:16

Around the house… there are some empty boxes that need to be thrown away, and there are plenty of sweet treats lurking about…

One of my favorite things… is curling up on the couch with my Munchkin to knit while she colors.

A few plans for the rest of the week: Catching up a bit on some cleaning and such. Knitting some fun things with no looming deadline! Maybe I’ll even get back to some writing, we’ll see…
