Tea Talk for November 18th

I’m having… “Liberty Tea” more familiarly known as Red Raspberry Leaf Tea. During the boycott of imported goods in Colonial America, many colonists used various herbal infusions rather than drink the English tea that was imported. Red Raspberry Leaf was a popular infusion during this time period.

My mug… Aperture Laboratories mug that I gave my husband for Christmas last year.

I’m feeling… fairly positive about how much I’ve gotten done this past week. The pessimist in me wonders how long I’ll be able to keep up with it though!

On my mind… plans for Aaron’s birthday, Thanksgiving and our anniversary. Not to mention thinking about decorating the Christmas tree next week. In a moment of insanity I told Munchkin that we could put it up after lunch on Thanksgiving.

“Whereas it is the duty of all Nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey his will, to be grateful for his benefits, and humbly to implore his protection and favor—” A small preview of next week’s Thanksgiving post.
