Math and Cupcakes

Third grade math is done! THIRD GRADE MATH IS DONE!!!!! (Can you tell I’m excited?) I’ve never been a fan of arithmetic. I’ve referred to math as my arch-nemesis more than once. I thought that when I finished school the horror that was math class was behind me. It didn’t occur to me that homeschooling would mean that I had to revisit math class with all of my kids… Now that Munchkin is done with third grade math, and Mr. Q is done with first grade math, I can take a break until fall.

The UPS guy called my German Shepherd by name today. I’m trying to decide whether that means that he’s got an incredible memory, or if we really get that many packages…

Ohhhh, I’m so excited about tomorrow’s post! If you’re a homeschooler, you will not want to miss it!

I was going to take a picture of the pink lemonade cupcakes that we made yesterday. Unfortunately, all of the frosted ones have been eaten (some of them in celebration of completing math). The unfrosted ones that are left do not look nearly as pretty, and according to Munchkin, a cupcake without frosting is a muffin.

Be sure to come back tomorrow!
