A Noble Experiment Review

Last week the kids and I were eating ice cream cones on the front steps while wearing t-shirts. Five minutes ago I shoveled snow off those same front steps. If you look up unpredictable in the dictionary, I’m pretty sure that “Maine weather” will be listed in the definition! And since winter has returned with a vengeance, why don’t you check out my latest review on the Home Educating Family site?

“‘This will be the best security for maintaining our liberties. A nation of well-informed men who have been taught to know and prize the rights which God has given them cannot be enslaved. It is in the religion of ignorance that tyranny begins.’ – Benjamin Franklin

Studying the history of the founding of our nation and how our unique system of government was intended to function can be an intimidating subject for high school students and their parents. A Noble Experiment is a comprehensive one-semester curriculum that tackles the topic of American government quite well….”

Take a look at the site for the rest of the review! American history and government studies are a particular favorite of mine, and I had a lot of fun reviewing this curriculum. Of course, anyone who has known me for a while knows my affinity for the topic!

While you’re at the review site, don’t forget to read the other new reviews up this week. There are some really fantastic products that have been reviewed! (Not to mention all of the giveaways and discounts.)

And the big news! The homeschool convention part of the site is LIVE! Go! Register! It’s free! I’m planning to spend a nice chunk of time this weekend exploring it further. Anyone else coming too?
