Outside my window… grey skies.
I am thinking… about an impossible amount of knitting that I must complete!
I am thankful for… the truck’s brakes being repaired… again! (But I am truly thankful that it was fixable!)
From the learning rooms… Munchkin has read two books now, and is making steady progress. We’re getting there.
From the kitchen… whole-wheat maple oat bread dough rising, it’s an experiment of sorts.
I am wearing… gray pants and a gray and pink striped turtleneck.
I am creating… a sweater for Mr. Q that may or may not be done in time for his birthday!
I am going… to try and get the kids outside for a bit sometime tomorrow.
I am reading… who has time to read when I have less than a week to finish a sweater?! (Sherlock Holmes audiobooks go nicely with knitting though.)
I am hoping… that this bread rises nicely and bakes up beautifully.
I am hearing… Mr. Q taking FOREVER to wash his hands in the bathroom. At least he is using the bathroom though!
Pondering these words… “It is a capital mistake to theorize before you have all the evidence. It biases the judgment.” – Sherlock Holmes
Around the house… it’s feeling like two steps forward and one step back.
One of my favorite things… bread fresh from the oven and a hot cup of Earl Grey.
A few plans for the rest of the week: Knitting like a maniac and finishing up wrapping things for Mr. Q’s birthday party.
